Lādē Pops Shipping Policy for CBD Products

Lādē Pops products contain hemp-derived CBD and comply with federal regulations, including a delta-9 THC concentration of less than 0.3% on a dry-weight basis. We currently ship to U.S. states where hemp-derived CBD is permitted.

Due to evolving cannabis regulations, we are available in all states except AL, ID, SD, TN, NE, WA, and AK. We are working hard to reach more of you soon. As CBD regulations continue to evolve across the U.S., we stay closely attuned to state-level changes so we can expand to new markets as quickly as possible.

Lādē Pops reserves the right to update our ship-to list and to refuse or cancel orders if we believe a shipment may not comply with applicable laws in the destination state.

Customers will receive a full refund if an order is canceled for legal reasons.
