We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lādē Pops purchase. Because our products are intimate-use items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once they have left our facility. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or compromised in any way, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your Lādē Pops arrive with damaged packaging (such as crushed tins or leaking products) or if items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert customer service email].

Warm Weather Advisory
During warm weather months, your suppositories may soften (but should not leak) during transit. This is completely normal.
Please unbox and place them in the refrigerator for several hours, “tip” side down, before use.
If your environment remains particularly warm, it is perfectly fine to store your Lādē Pops in the refrigerator on an ongoing basis.
Missing Deliveries
If your order is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please allow 24 hours as carriers occasionally scan packages early.If your package still hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, contact us at [insert email] and we’ll work with the carrier to locate it. If it cannot be found, we’ll provide either a replacement order or a full refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once shipped. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of all Lādē Pops customers.
Orders returned due to insufficient or incorrect address will be refunded minus the original shipping cost once the package is received back at our facility.
