Our story

A perfect match: Women’s health & shared wisdom.

It started in Marfa, Texas, when Lisa, a marketing executive in her 50s, met Natania, an Ayurvedic practitioner in her 30s. Natania had created The Boobie Balm to soothe period breast pain. Lisa had founded Aftershock to support women through menopause. Their worlds—and generations—collided in the best possible way.

Together they envisioned Lādē Pops: a brand grounded in organic, plant-based formulas designed to support vaginal health through every phase of womanhood, making vaginal care natural, effective, and a little less hush-hush. Because down there deserves the same care as everywhere.

Our mission

We encourage the wellness of women throughout their lifetime, weaving together wisdom and innovation. We celebrate the richness of intergenerational knowledge, to help every woman feel at ease and radiant in her own skin. (no matter where it is on her body.)

Meet the founders

Natania Frydman, co-founder of Lādē Pops.

Natania has lived more life and in more places than many people who are twice her age. She was raised in NYC, spent four years in Italy studying yoga & furniture making, then moved to Paris where she did her Ayurvedic studies focused on Period Coaching. Natania is an explorer, literally and figuratively. She is trained in Ayurvedic Medicine and is a 500-hour yoga instructor & massage therapist. What she shares with Lisa is a passion for women’s health and a knowledge that it’s connected to everything, for the individual and the larger community.
